                        Sealed tenders are invited from GST/IT registered firms/suppliers/manufacturers for supply of items to the Accelerated Mineral Exploration Project,  Geological Survey of Pakistan Quetta as per specifications and items conditions mentioned below:-

                        Interested  parties  should  submit their bids in separate covers  marked on envelope  for each  item  in  Pak  Rupees inclusive of all taxes C&F/FOR Quetta along with an amount of 2.5% earnest money in shape of draft/pay order in the name of Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta. The bids should be  unconditional and valid for 120 days and also accompany   with copies of Income Tax, Sale Tax registration and dealership certificate after sales service facilities and the  approximate time of delivery. The bids will be  received up to 11-10-2004 by 11.00 am  and will be opened on the same day in the presence of the interested  parties or their  representatives  at 11.45 a.m.  The Competent Authority  reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bid partly or totally and reduce or increase the quantity.
